Provided full information to company regarding pick up point, including postcode yet driver was unable to locate me. Stood in the freezing cold while on the phone to him listening to him asking pedestrians where the location was. He arrived to pick me up, in a 7 seater, just for me. He had no card machine. He offered me his personal bank details to transfer money to. He didn’t trust me enough to believe that there was a cash point nearby my house and so we had to stop at another, further out. The price was too high. Worst service I have experienced.
